Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly meme hosted by That Artsy Reader Girl, where book bloggers are invited to share their top ten lists centered on a certain topic.
This week’s topic is “resolutions/hopes for 2021”. I’m pretty sure I can guess what a lot of people hope for 2021… for it to be better than 2020. I’m hoping everyone has a better year than they did last year.
Let me know in the comments what some of your resolutions/hopes are for 2021! Unfortunately, I don’t have a lot of resolutions or hopes for 2021 because let’s face it… you never know what will happen. I don’t want to get my hopes up for anything just for it to be smashed.
Keep Up With My Blog
One of my main goals for this year is to keep up with my blog! I used to love blogging until I switched to WordPress and just felt pressured to get likes. Numbers became everything. When I originally started, I hardly got any views and any followers. I was never stressed about blogging.
I am now extremely content with how my blog looks. I’m still working on how I want my book photos to look but I’m trying not to stress about it. I deleted all of my old posts and will no longer stress myself out about adding them to my new blog.
More Giveaways
I want to run more giveaways in the future. Maybe not right now, this may have to wait until after we receive our tax refund. I want to make sure I knock some bills down before I start promising giveaways because I don’t want to get anyone’s hopes up if I have to cancel due to overlooking a bill.

Fewer Bills
I kind of touched on this in my last one. I want fewer monthly bills. We have so many monthly payments, it’s insane. If we cut them all out, we’d have at least $600 more a month! That would definitely help out with me wanting to do more giveaways and put more cash in savings.
100 Books Read
One of the few good things to come out of 2020… I was able to read 123 books! I really want to try and make this goal this year. Although according to Goodreads, I’m already one book behind schedule. I’m going to try and read more and stop letting my brain get distracted!
