I absolutely adored this book. Everything about this book. The romance. The cruise. Henley. Graeme. Henley being a badass woman. Graeme being a supportive male love interest and coworker. The book was *chefs kiss* beautiful.
I had such an amazing time reading this book. I loved this book. It was so freaking good. This book is more than just a romance novel. There is romance, but honestly, most of it is off-page. You learn from this book as well. Especially about the Galápagos Islands. You learn about some of the wildlife there and other things about the culture there.
You also get to see Henley being looked down upon at her workplace because she’s a woman. This book is filled with serious topics that should be discussed more!
I have a hard time believing that this is a debut novel. I’m not trying to say that debut novels are bad… this one is just really freaking good! I think it’s safe to say I’ll be picking up future books by Angie!
