Meet the Blogger
HI, I'M TIFFANY!
Hi, I’m Tiffany… unapologetically obsessed with books. This blog is my personal reading journal where I track the books I read, the ones I buy (maybe too often), and everything in between. Think of it as a bookish diary. If you love stories, shelves full of TBRs, and honest thoughts on all things bookish, you’re in the right place. Let’s be book friends!

Favorite Genre Recommendations

What is your favorite genre(s) and what makes it your favorite?

I know this might sound like the most obvious answer, but I absolutely love romance! It’s always been one of my favorite genres, though I’ll admit, there was a time when I felt a little embarrassed to say that out loud.

What I love most is how romance can weave its way into any type of story; whether it’s fantasy, mystery, or something completely unexpected. It brings a unique emotional depth that makes the characters and their journeys feel even more real and impactful.

If someone wanted to try your favorite genre(s), what are five books that you would recommend to them and why those books specifically?

Honestly, I’m just going to throw out five random recommendations, there are so many amazing books out there that are either full-on romance or include a strong romantic element.

Praise by Sara Cate
The Love Hypothesis by Ali Hazelwood
House Of Earth And Blood by Sarah J. Maas
Tears Of Tess by Pepper Winters

Has your favorite genre changed over time?

YES! I feel like ever since reading took off on TikTok, romance has become an even bigger genre. More people are embracing it openly now… there’s way less stigma around reading romance in public. It’s definitely more mainstream and widely celebrated than it used to be.

As it should be.
