Meet the Blogger
HI, I'M TIFFANY!
Hi, I’m Tiffany… unapologetically obsessed with books. This blog is my personal reading journal where I track the books I read, the ones I buy (maybe too often), and everything in between. Think of it as a bookish diary. If you love stories, shelves full of TBRs, and honest thoughts on all things bookish, you’re in the right place. Let’s be book friends!

📚April Book Haul📚

(Please excuse this terrible picture. I tried to take a decent one with minimal time and the stack kept trying to fall over.)

I’m going into this book haul saying that I didn’t mean to buy so many yellow books. But, with me being on a super strict budget, I’ve been looking for all the book deals. I’m currently waiting on my library to start selling books again so I can start finding super cheap books again.

Even with me being on a budget, I still managed to buy more books than I should have… I was kind of stressed this month and I shopped. I can’t help it. My husband also went ahead and got me some books for Mother’s Day 🙂

I’m not buying as many fantasy books right now. I’m not sure why. I still really enjoy fantasy. Maybe I’m just not seeing as many that I’m interested in.

*each link will take you to the book’s Goodreads page*
Rule of Wolves by Leigh Bardugo: I kinda won this book in a way. Julian likes to test my memory and I answered the question correctly and he got me this book! I’m beyond excited to be back into the Grishaverse!!!

A Court of Silver Flames by Sarah J. Maas: This is my second copy of this book. I finally managed to find the Barnes and Noble edition and snatched it as quickly as I could.

Life’s Too Short by Abby Jimenez: I’m behind on this series… I read the first book and loved it. I need to read these soon!

Twice Shy by Sarah Hogle: I read You Deserve Each Other last year and liked it for the most part… I’m hoping I like this one better! I’m kinda bummed that it’s really short though.

Yolk by Mary H.K. Choi: I have loved everything I’ve read from Mary and I will auto-buy everything she writes! Chloe also read this book and really enjoyed it.
The Bright and the Pale by Jessica Rubinkowski: This is the March Fairyloot book. I’ve honestly never heard of it before but it seems interesting!

The Crown of Gilded Bones by Jennifer L. Armentrout: There’s no other explanation as to why I bought this book. I’m trash for Hawke and Poppy. I’m also super trash for this series. So… yeah.

Not Like The Movies by Kerry Winfrey: I bought another romance. Shocker! I honestly just realized that I don’t buy as many fantasy books as I used to… that needs to change!

Opposite of Always by Justin A. Reynolds: I haven’t seen much of this book since it’s been released. I’ve heard a couple of people talk about it and they loved it so I bought it.

You Lucky Dog by Julia London: Another romance find that was relatively cheap. It’s a romance with a dog on the cover. I couldn’t not buy it.
Second First Impressions by Sally Thorne: With The Hating Game being one of my all-time favorite romances, I couldn’t say no to this one. I really couldn’t. I had no self-control when I was in Books A Million trying to find a new planner and bought this book instead.

Now That I’ve Found You by Kristina Forest: This was a cover buy… Something I said I wasn’t going to do since I’m on a budget. It was cheap and it’s a hardback. I couldn’t pass this gorgeous book up!

Make Up Break Up by Lily Menon: I believe this is Sandhya Menon writing under a different name for her adult books. I haven’t read any of her books yet, to be honest… I kinda want to start with this one.

Malice by Heather Walter: This book has been on my radar since Becca got an arc. I’m extremely interested to see what Heather does with this story.

Float Plan by Trish Doller: Another yellow romance book. Another book I know absolutely nothing about and I want to keep it that way.
The Intimacy Experiment by Rosie Danan: I have yet to read The Roommate. I have a strong feeling that I’m going to love Rosie’s books. I love sex-positive books and I feel like Rosie’s books may deliver that positivity.
